Hey Folks, Cookie here again.
The fishing season at Langara is coming to a close. The fish however must be unaware of this as they are still showing up strong. Dozens of Chinooks over 25 lbs have come in this week including a 5 day Tyee streak for my humble self.
The cohos are getting bigger, with two 17 pounders coming in this week and lots over 10 lbs.
The weather has been beautiful for the past couple days and the humback whale shows are going on like they were scheduled every day.
Coho and Andrews points have been the big producers this week and OBMG president Bob Wright sits off of Andrews Pt right now with a 38 lb Tyee in his boat (OK, maybe 34 lbs… job secrurity eh!).
