Hey folks. Cookie here for the final installment of the season. The season is ending with a bang. The best late August fishing I have seen in 10 years continues here with most boats getting in to multiple Chinook and Coho every day. McPherson Point has been the hotspot for four days now with electric bites happening throughout the day. It has been overall the best season in years and fisheries is predicting similar fishing next summer because of excellent ocean survival rates for maturing salmon. It has been awesome from day one right to the end.
