Fishing the Queen Charlotte Islands

Anglers are having a hard time getting a line into the water. Cut the bait, rig up the leader, get it in the water, try to get it down deep (that's where the big ones are these days), get it down 8 pulls-whoops!-the line's slack, fish on! That's the way it is up at Langara right now. Every single box of fish we're sending out has the limit of four Chinook and four Coho in it (some of the Coho are as big as fifteen pounds). Life is good. Don't forget the sunscreen.
