Fish finders
Langara Island Fishing Resorts - June 27, 2007Langara fishing has remained consistent in its inconsistency: the fish are here but never want to be in the same spot twice. When the bite comes on it’s awesome, however it’s hard to predict where and when it’s going to be.
Our guests seem to have a knack for finding the fish these days simply by doing the opposite of what I predict. Several nice Chinook were caught today off of Andrews and Coho Points deep at 50 pulls or more. The Coho are early and often with all boats getting into several today including a nice 12 lber that made it on to the end of my line this morning.
Anyway we’re waiting for the next wave of 40 lb Skeena torpedoes to come in for dinner and you’re invited too!
Forever tightening lines,
