Cookie's Fishing Update

MV Charlotte Princess - July 12, 2011

Hey Everybody,

Cookie here, back in the thick of things at Langara Island. The fishing has been just as incredible as I left it! This past week has seen some of the best Coho and Chinook fishing combined.

A couple nice tyees hit the dock this morning and the past week has seen the average size of Chinook and Coho go up considerably. The east side of the Island has been producer of large halibut with No Name Point being the best producing a 75lber and a 86lber.

All the trips to the west side have been producing huge yellow eye and lings as well. Some of the big white fleshed springs are showing up at the docks so we'll be seeing some 40lbers coming in soon.

Take care and we hope to see you soon.
