Catch Care
Our crew will fillet, vacuum pack and freeze your fish. Waxed boxes specifically designed for airline shipping will ensure that your catch arrives in Vancouver in prime condition. If you’d like to have your fish specially prepared, please talk to the resort staff.
If you would like to have your salmon canned or smoked, we can arrange for your fish to be transported to St. Jean’s Cannery in Nanaimo at a reasonable cost. St. Jean’s offers a wide variety of processing options, and will forward your fish directly to you once it is ready. Please see the Fishmaster at the resort for details.
